The Ritual Tavern is open at last. The kitchen is serving up our
delicious cookery. The lamb sirloin and organic greens salad are sure
to please. We have four locally brewed draughts flowing, as well as a
varied selection of domestic and imported beer and wine. Hope to see
you soon!

Over the hurdles and into the ditches
2/13/2007

We broke ground on the trenches for our new plumbing and drain
systems. We have had the pleasure of using the concrete saw,
jackhammer and back hoe. Thanks to Carl’s Rentals on University
for being close by and having most every piece of equipment we needed to
keep our backs sore, but not broken.

We have finished the makeover of our dining hall. Our electrical
upgrade begins this week. We have our plumber scheduled to begin
next week. This is the race to the finish on the renovation phase. We
are hoping to open this April.

This photo is of our new sign hand painted by our graphic designer
Wesley Doyle. It is a remarkable piece of work. We will be lighting
it up in the coming weeks.
